For those who are wondering, BNCM is now Delex - the assets have been moved in. We're just waiting for new management to come in, at which point the company will move up to OTCQB, initiate a name change, and raise capital to finance their expansion.
It's that simple. The company is inherently strong, but management is foreign. When that's the case, there are bound to be some growing pains.
