I don't think all his ideas are awful.   Some of the ideas he has though will be very awful.  

The shit people eat now compared to 60 years ago is awful and I think is responsible for a lot of health issues. We went from meat, vegtables, fruit it it's natural state to fast food, processed meats, additives and chemicals. I eat fresh fish, fresh cut meats,Vega fruit.   Once you give that food up for awhile it's easy to stay away because it doesn't even taste good.  Except the chocolate :)
