First US based ticker I have seen was let out of Expert Market without a 211 the other day, just had to file few back filings with SEC. They even changed auditors to a firm being investigated by the SEC lol. Still unsolicited but they are able to be quoted. I got a feeling OTC gonna get wackydoo again.
