Jbog, you seem awfully cavalier about the prospect of an idiot spewing lies and stupidity being named the head of an important US health agency. Yes, he may not be able to force massive changes which damage HHS, but he will have a megaphone to shout to the country and using that cause great damage to public health. Even if something that seems rather innocuous, like touting the benefits of raw milk could cause some real health issues for many.
