The Primary Point is that the Money is There to Pay Everyone.

The Community Reinvestment Act and a previous Government administration is sitting on our money.

IMO, things are about to change for WMI/WaMu, Lehman’s, and F&F.

Asset Backed Securities are Asset Backed and still performing by generating accumulated revenue.

ABS Trusts are backed by capital assets. It’s not a debt, but owns other people’s debt to be paid to the trust.
