Hypothetically, if warrants are exercised, Gov effectively takes control and MUST place GSE's on the balance sheet according to CBO, significantly increasing the US debt. They will never do that in a time when they are actively trying to decrease the out-of-control debt which currently stands at $36 TRILLION. Just pay the piper and move on. Our reward for saving the global economy is already built in!
