SLND interesting idea, but haven't bought any as of yet.

FWIW this link on the ABI has some good info on architectural billing's which tend to lead the overall construction cycle. There's probably reason for caution on construction generally especially as rates have been ticking up, but I don't think any of us know where we are in the cycle. I can remember early 2022 I think when some home builders were seeing 50% cancellations, and turns out housing continued to rip.

On the surface this does look like it could produce some nice income once they work through the crappy portion of their backlog. We'll have to see if they've done a better job bidding the new stuff. Still a tidy gain from the bottom. What led you to this one? Some interesting stuff on the CC, but I would have skimmed right over the release with the big loss.
