You should file a complaint with the SEC. Doesn't the FBI have a department that deals with securities fraud? There are others here who understand the shenanigans better than I do. I wouldn't know where to start except for the lack of communication which the SEC said he doesnt have to communicate. But the fact he made things current then went silent and never filed again but appears to still have a relationship with the jewelery store. But has not reported income sure sounds like something needs to be looked into.
