I wasn't aware that Fidelity has no commission on OTC's. Did you know that back when all the brokers went commission free, the OTC trades (at least on Etrade) were free too for a very short time. Then they apologized to all and put commissions back. It is a whole different ballgame when you are trading commission free - especially pennies where you might want to keep changing the price to get a full fill on a large order. If you decide to change over make sure you ask if your existing pennies will transfer because most brokers will not accept penny stocks on a transfer.
