WRONG AGAIN!

When Paulson said Treasury would own 90-95% of the common, he was saying they will own that AFTER the SPS and JPS are converted into common (JPS would own 5-10%).

Some people keep dreaming and I’ve pointed this out long ago. JPS cannot be converted it’s in there contracts. Duh !
There is a previson that only allows this to be done by 2/3 of holders of each class of JPS and none will want anything less of 100 par me included ! Why do you think all these hedge funds guys are into JPS ? It’s because they have the upper hand when working out a deal with the Gov on a payout !

PLAN AND SIMPLE IT’S UP TO THE JPS SHAREHOLDERS to dictate to the Gov any terms for altering there contracts !
