Again I disproved your false claim of insiders dumping shares and you just admitted it.  So thank you.

They are funding the company at .02 with warrants at .20.  They have spent hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollats of their own money building this company.  They should own preferred shares and have voting rights.  lol
