The financials aren't audited - and even when OTC stocks are audited it is the responsibility of Park to provide the financials to the Auditor and they basically make sure the balance sheet balances.
Park issued a press release about Accell doing the Audit but instead it was Astra - and there was a missing $199,790 in the audited financials.
You are so gullible to believe that the insiders don't own any stock.
Park own 100% of the Preferred A Series. The Preferred A Series have voting control, voting rights equal to the
sum of all other votes of all other shares times 110. So Park controls the vote and retail investors have to sit and watch.
Was the $199,790 deposited it Park's account.
