If one believes, as you do, that "the Jews" = Israelis, and, further, that Israelis = "genocidal scum", then a certain portion of the population will naturally conclude that, "the Jews" = "genocidal scum". If A=B and B=C, then A=C - see how that works? And that leads to this (NYT 11/12):

"In neighboring Belgium, two boys — ages 14 and 17 — were arrested in Antwerp on Sunday and Monday, Antwerp officials said, for allegedly spreading calls on social media to attack Jewish residents in the city."

"Five more people, who the police said were part of a gathering in response to online calls to target Jews, were also arrested"
