I have to agree with you....just do not believe that these professionals/experts in legal and finance could have/would have missed this...not plausible! I like how Djohn broke this down as far as the cost goes to shareholders....this loss of 128 million plus is really the minimum....had the original debenture not been compromised(or whatever you want to call it), and had Nick been a little more promotional, we had a good shot of paying off the loan at maturity and our share price would probably surpass the previous highs.....and of course once capacity starting getting filled, it would all be blue sky!

What coulda/shoulda/wouldea been....sadly I think it is a done deal, but I guess there is always a small chance(1 in a million?) that one of the legal firms investigating decides to file on behalf of shareholders and forces Ampersand to bump their bid a little higher???

Well I guess we can dream happy dreams...I for now will not tender my shares.
