Be careful who you threaten Viewmont. There have been instances where using the same name for a product can be a case for a lawsuit. Nobody said it applied here, but it has happened. Maybe the supplement company is not aware of the same name of both products or simply doesn't care since it is not a similar product and doesn't effect their profits. The facts are the facts:
