. We have yet to see delinquent filings filed to become current. We are in November, snpw said they were working on the filings in September. No clue when and if filings will be filed. OTC still has the YIELD sign applied to snpw.

. No update on the securing of financing.

. No update on the site visit from earlier this year, no update on securing a facility.
