Believe CEO or believe panic sellars? Obsoletely I believe CEO. October monthly report is positive but some panic sellars reading as negative, So CEO is keeping to buy more shares, but some panic sellars did panic sell to push the PPS down from 0.18 to 0.08. Now this stock is very oversold and very undervalued. Look at charts, It is reversed now from down trend to uptrend. PPS will go back up to 0.20 soon before IDE RE-submission and approval. RDGL will be a big winner in 2024. Time to buy at cheap bottom.
