AFRICA OIL TO RELEASE THIRD QUARTER 2024 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2024

VANCOUVER, BC, Nov. 7, 2024 /CNW/ - (TSX: AOI) (Nasdaq-Stockholm: AOI) – Africa Oil Corp. ("Africa Oil", "AOC" or the "Company") will publish its financial and operating results and related management's discussion and analysis for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, after Toronto market close on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

Senior management will hold a conference call to discuss the results on Friday, November 15, 2024 at 09:00 (EST) / 14:00 (GMT) / 15:00 (CET). The conference call may be accessed by dial in or via webcast.
