More than likely because the FDA keeps adding meetings.  The doc rarely puts out any timelines unless he's pretty confident that those dates will be hit.  So in short he was super confident putting out the 5 meetings in 6 weeks and that would be it l, then the FDA added 3 more again the doctor felt confident enough that those extra 3 meetings would be it. 

In the quarterly update it stated those 3 meetings were scheduled and the 6 week timeline ended around October 25th.  So I'm positive that the FDA keeps adding meetings so that would be the reason he hasn't given an update on the meetings. 

Right now the company is at the mercy of the FDA.
