highly likely the acquiring company is buying out anyone that wants out. I imagine there are huge buy offers at this price. Lots of funds will want out because they have better use of the money than sit near the buyout price. The acquiring company buy shares they can vote and getting them at a 2% discount. Not a bad strategy.
