This is a pathetic offer. It smacks of collusion IMO if Nick and his team support this. The screw up on the financing, slow walking new business to fill capacity, all fit too neatly. I can’t believe there isn’t an entity out there that needs the capacity and is willing to pay a fair price. We have traded in the 30’s before the expansion and now it’s only worth 12.50?
