Just because REG A shares hit the OS doesnt mean they are sold into the market immediately.
You actually think ILST gave Todd Masse REG A shares to sell back into the market of their own stock for 7 months of 'work' and they didnt benefit one bit from it? Cmon now.
Leonite hasnt even converted a share of their million dollar loan(actually extending maturity), you think they are going to just give away 85,000$, let their CEO walk out of the door on good terms and dilute their stock in trips when they are trying to get to .005? Cmon now.
Your theory is based on the fact that these REG A acquirers are selling their newly gotten fixed price shares right back into the market at no profit or a 33%+ loss? If youre buying direct from the company, you arent selling for flips, especially like I said, you can get as many shares as you want at .0007 in the open market.
Basically saying Leonite are not legit and scamming shareholders(they are one too), but they are installed into a plethora of NYSE/NASDAQ/OTC stocks, and like I said, I dont find them on the wrong end of an investment. Leonite is the ONLY reason Im still here, they dont lose and they have quite a bit to go, to get those free $312k worth of .005 warrants(62.5m shares) by 2026, along with getting even on a million dollar investment + their accrued interest(free shares).
Lots of money to be made with milestones getting bonuses... Leonite also bought the shell for 200k from Caren if I remember correctly. They coming for their return soon.
