Toxic Funders

Would this be toxic funding?
JP3E is relying on ''charitable donations'' and ''share purchases'' by it to fund operations. This was revealed for the first time ever in May thanks to Park's audit of 2022 - 2023. The last page of Q2 shows these donations are ongoing. The source is a sketchy 501(c)(3) allegedly set up 3 years ago to fund ''medical research'' ...something JP3E clearly does not do.

This charity appears to have direct ties to notorious SEC barred/ ex-con Randall S Goulding, his brother Richard E. Goulding and other family members. As far as I can tell the only recipients have been tickers related to them.

Note 6. Related Party
Transactions Epidemiologic Solutions Corporation (ESC), a 501 C (3) charity has made donations totaling $714,463
and $71,116 in June 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023, respectively. The capital contributions were to assist the
Company with operating capital. There were no amounts paid to any Officers or Directors of the Company. ESC
has no relationship to the Company and exists as a benefactor for the Company through the ownership of stock via
common shares purchased from third parties.
