Generally speaking, yes. That would have been true a month ago. But I think at this point, the non-participation of many undecideds is baked in.

Idiots like Sailor--"Hey Sailor, wanna have a good time"--of the Pete Buttigieg event are still stuck in their fairy tail third party nonsense; they'll say, "I stayed true to my principles". Which in this case will mean staying home.

And I strongly suspect that for some "undecided" men who'll stay home, the real problem is misogyny.
