Cohens biggest bottle neck is lawyers right now - he has 3 working for him drafting contracts and just fired one on Friday.

- RM on AWS $ZHUD (contract executed by all parties this morning, website and videos being completed and worked on as we speak)
- FWT LOI and definitive merger agreements being drafted now ($8M in revenue, downhole services for OXY)
- name change / ticker change to American Industries
- Button merger LOI execution
- $GPLS / ATC extension signed - American Industries x $GPLS jv LOI being drafted
