My speculation on Solray inc and the future of SNPW ("DD TEAM" it is only speculation)
What I think is going to happen
FoxEss for no apparent reason is hanging around, GEP solar has expanded it relationship with SNPW.
SNPW has nothing to offer these partners except SNPW itself.
A company with a very clean share structure and Tax debt to write off.
GEP Solar and FoxEss will take over SNPW and build a US Solar Panel and Battery Manufacturing Facility.
Campanella and his insiders will leave SNPW and operate the private company Solray Inc ( the reason why no announcement that Solray Inc is a part of SNPW) and will have exclusive selling rights to Solar Panels and Batteries from that US facility.
The purposely willingness not to file, the sudden secrecy, creating such a hoop la of a very minor impact tortuous interference as a cover so it can used as a reason to explain going silence..
