RE:  A lot of LBHI debt belongs to LBT.


Absolutely Swiss. And a lot of creditors are the affiliates themselves. 
LBT IS ONE OF AFFILIATES.


My point is businesswise decision to condition the company financially. 
And that was just my personal assumption to discharge part of the debt instead of converting 130B into equity shares. It is too large and it will cause a large dilution of the initial capital.
