It is very hard for me to understand(and believe) how our legal and accounting execs never checked the terms of the indenture(and whoever negotiated the deal should have highlighted these in red)????? Its truly a cluster.....K all the way around!!!
Yes the Halo revenue decline in 2024 is definitely disappointing to say the least....I am hoping this was/is a one off and that Halo comes back big in the coming quarters?🤞
Perhaps Loan Shark may be a better term! lol However remember that after screwing up the first debenture, they had very few options and probably had to cut a deal they did not like....now if it is with the same Loan Shark/Financier....that would be very telling!
In the end, I own a lot of shares so I am really hoping that Nick gets it together.....or that Avid gets sold or merges with a more competent operator! Starting to lose patience and looking for the end game!!!
