Yup...apparently we are never going to find out exactly what happened and who the identities are/were of either of the convertibles and or/if they were the same financier???? And yes Short interest easy to disguise so we really won't be able to find out here either....although we can probably assume that our esteemed financier may very well be part of this???
Moving on...Halo is having a huge day today, up over $6 per share on a huge profit beat($.75 per share a year ago to $1.27 per share this quarter) as well as their revenue being up 34% yoy.....so you would have to believe this is a positive for Avid, however they need to attract a lot more "new" business to start making a dent in their excess capacity which is the only thing that is going to move the needle!
Can we hope for a positive December surprise??????????
