Why aren't we over a penny on this news


Because it's just one more meaningless PR from a company that hasn't delivered on any other PR they have put out?

Because the market understands that a MOU is worthless?

Because investors are on to them?

Gee, you would think a $330M deal with a 50% claim to revenue would have everyone chasing this stock. Wake up man!
