D4L, you didn't answer my question about miniscule chance of showing infringement but I will answer yours. "what changed on my side"? The change in direction the company has taken with the filing of the class action lawsuit. We do not have to show patent infringement to win this class action lawsuit. Many of this type of lawsuit has some parties settling before they are served (90 days) which would be much quicker than another trip through a federal court for patent infringement. A third party is helping finance this litigation, certainly they must see a chance of success for Voip pal in this litigation and it may lead to some other deal like a buyout.(think Amazon). Lastly, I have a good friend that is a corporate accountant and he informed me that often times a company will settle before the end of they year as once served, they must include it in their financials going into the new year which they would prefer to avoid. Now if ninety days pass with no settlements and/or insiders start selling at current levels I will be forced to reassess. the prophet
