I think 2024 is already gone. We still are relying EXIM as far as we know and we still have homework to fund and do and wait on. This NR was nice but still more proof of concept info saying "look what we might do in the future if we ever get there".

That last paragraph sums it up. Gotta pay for and update the new money numbers in the FS. Also gotta pay for that debt we shoved off. What about the land leases? How we coming on any of that, NB boys? Crickets from the elephant in the room.
