Your #2 statement, "Calasse is not an issue," is true today. The rest of that is not accurate and illogic based on known events. 
Calasse rejected George's buyout offers that George made the moment Calasse emerged from the shadows in early 2022. George in a public fit of stubbornness and self-righteousness then publicly announced a "fuck you" to Calasse, and the two entered the ongoing never-ending court fight.
In the meantime, in the spring of 2022, the once hot market for NFTs cooled off dramatically.  Those three factors, Calasse's stupidity, George's stubbornness and the cooling off of NFT market caused the head of the NFT company to withdraw from the tentative reverse merger agreement with George. 
Had Calasse not entered the picture, or had Calasse accepted George's first offer and said thank you very much, $WNFT would've went on a pretty epic run in dollars.
So, saying Calasse is a non-issue now is disingenuous because you use present tense.
Nearly three years ago, Calasse WAS a major, colossal issue, which both Calasse and George bungled into becoming WNFT shareholders' collective nightmare.
