We'll have plenty of HP. We do now, for that matter; the servers aren't stressed at all. And new server instances can be created with a few clicks after we finish migrating. So that's not going to be an issue. The intermittent slowness we've experienced of late isn't about capacity but most likely a network switch, router or cable.
