So they diluted 3 billion but still only have 3 billion o/s?  Lol I guess your strategy is to just post as much negative nonsense as possible; regardless of fact and hope your posts are the first thing anyone new to the board sees huh.

Share structure looks great IMO; would take more than a small increase in preferred shares to make any difference for investors.
