I don't remember making this claim. Perhaps I threw the idea out there (feel free to peg my post on it)....certainly wouldn't surprise me, but honestly, I don't think Sonny is nearly as sophisticated and collusive as these guys. My impression of him is and has always been that of a small time grifter...basically ripping off small time investors, compared to Anson types making millions upon millions, ripping off companies, their CEOs, and investors.
Do you still think Sonny is in bed with Anson/its family of funds?
You have mentioned this before. IF true, I'm not the person to be discussing this with. I'd suggest getting legal help on how to deal with the matter.
