When trump passed a tax cut, he took away funds from each state. Guess what, here in Tennessee we raised the sales tax, the real estate tax, they had to raise taxes to make up the shortfall. Republicans do not understand, states must balance themselves each year, only the federal government can run a deficit. That's another reason why America works so well. Unfortunately some RED states take advantage of the system.
