That is a horrible story of attorney and admin misconduct. That never should have happened even with said law in place. Fatal fetal abnormality abortions are legal in the State of Florida through 27 weeks. So...six Months.

That is 100% a fatal fetal abnormality. The hospital failed to see the urgency...management failed at all precursors...and legal representation was nil.

With that said...there should not be any limit on fatal fetal abnormality abortions in any jurisdiction. No matter what your belief.

My friends lost their child some years back. He lived one hour after birth. They didn't socialize for over a year and just closed up. Very similar to this couple...in that they wanted the child..and were devastated by the news. The only difference between this couple and my friends was Potters and when they knew. My friends found out much later.

That's a tough one.
