Nope. Not with a 3.2 bil o/s & a 3.4 bid a/s. Unless the DTCC had been holding these shares for some time and they just entered the float. If that's the case, it would confirm a float lock which is a good thing. Don't be boxing yourself into a corner there with wild stories yet again
