Maybe not good for the pump/dump queens, who would rather no real DD is done.

I'm not sure how one "insinuates" fear. I'm not suggesting fear, just posting opinions and info uncovered.
Any fear imparted is mostly because of the investor being afraid, once they see the opinion or DD.
