In your opinion, what or whom is able to compel or enforce a verdict against this defendant? In this case the verdict was a paltry $612MM plus any interest. In my opinion, this is unenforceable until the defendant says otherwise. Thoughts?
And this has been my view of verdicts that include damages since day one, so this is not a knee-jerk reaction to lamberth.
