You must not understand the changes - it doesn't benefit GVSI shareholders.

The changes are for more transparency and that doesn't apply to the NON-SEC reporting companies like GVSI.

I am all for the changes as the SEC is trying to rid the SEC of OTC scams like the Sharp shells.
