PA will determine the USA Election. I'm ready to vote 8 times via mail-in ballots.

I strongly advise that you don't try it. I also live in Pennsylvania, and I know how the process works. I'm pretty sure you'd be caught either at the mail-in ballot request stage, or after you'd actually received more than one ballot and used them to vote.

If the latter, you could end up doing prison time.
