Well...something is going on here with all of this volume. I would definitely think there is news on the horizon. Volume has been strong for the past few weeks. I definitely don't think it's just all retail. Yes, it looks like dilution, but for what purpose? On or NEAR Oct. 21st has past, so I think whatever transaction is likely in the process of being exercised.
