-6 months of cash on balance sheet and anticipate being cash flow positive in same time period
-Not going to dilute common shareholders and 95% of Pref is held by management, directors or execs at companies they acquire so no conversions expected
-Acquired Tech company after trip to EU-ready to launch immediately, but want to tweek before doing so-that tech finds and then currates information from multiple media sources in real time-valuable to financial institutions, political agencies, news organizations, etc
-working on deal with a "Regional Bell Co" not ready to disclose but close to signing
-Been told to uplist to OTC QB so they can do business with "certain" customers that require the higher listing
-relationship with Shieldcom which is in discussions with Defense company that has a Venture arm and is looking at matching investment into joint venture between Shieldcom and MONI
-Duane Forrester said he is at MONI because of what he believes they have and can build-which in today's world can be done much faster than was the case 20m years ago.
