can day trade all you want. everyone knows you need 25k plus. but you also want to go margin, vs cash. i did that years ago. the min was 2k i think for that. but i do NOT touch the margin money, i make sure i only use cash. margin allows for faster trading, no 2 or 3 days to settle.
now, to ask me a question and the curse at me, thats YOUR problem. i was trying to just answer your question so implying that im lying, well, thats your problem.
