I erred. VoIP-Pal IS bringing the antitrust lawsuit, however, a third party is funding this action. It seems that VoIP-Pal is using a different lawfirm for this antitrust action, and I don't believe that Hudnell will be involved.
Still, does anyone believe that a third party would agree to pay for an expensive legal action if they didn't also agree with the merits of the case? No, this is tantamount to an endorsement of VoIP-Pal by the funding entity.
