The people Cohen is meeting with are all insiders - while they can buy the shares - none of them can sell shares unless it’s disclosed 90 days in advance.

That said, they are all restricted shareholders in either AZRH, GPLS, or ZHUD - Cohen takes compliance extremely seriously, I wouldn’t speculate any insider moves going on here - way too much on the line for all of us and the last thing we’d ever want is any type of compliance issue or securities violation with the SEC, FINRA, or the AICPA.

As of yesterday afternoon - Cohen stated that AZRH and GPLS - and AZRH and ZHUD are in the early stages of drafting joint venture agreements (more to come over the coming weeks).

As of yesterday - Cohen is expecting the audit scope and engagement letters from Grassi next Monday / Tuesday.

Upon completion of the audits - the company will be preparing for full SEC reporting and taking all the necessary procedures and steps to uplist to the OTCQX and begin preparing for the S1 and uplist to the NASDAQ (estimated time frame for AZRH, GPLS, and ZHUD - September / October 2025).
