What this forum thinks doesn't matter. Unlike most OTC companies Elite has a quarterly conference call during which he answers questions from investors. He doesn't let them ask in real time anymore (thank god given how some used it as a platform to complain or express their crazy theories and beliefs rather than ask a question) rather the PR about the call gives a deadline and an email to submit questions. Ask a question about timing of Nasdaq prior to the mid-Nov CC asking whether the CEO sees a reverse split is needed with current price. Nasrat will definitely address that question given how the price is finally catching up to the companies true value.
