Are you saying the company's state charter does not need to be in good standing? Perhaps you can enlighten me about that. OTCMarkets.com won't play ball with a delinquent SOS as far as I am aware. I'm not familiar with the minutiae of OTCM requirements for SOS compliance, but in my experience it deems to matter. I think this company may need to do some work at the State level before they can ever hope to get current, let alone go SEC reporting current. I hope they have a plan, but it sure doesn't look like it right now.
